如何在 Logic Pro 中使用 Drum Buss

Logic Drum Buss 做什麼

Drum Buss 是 Apple 面向 drums 的處理器，把類似 compression 的 punch、drive 和 tone shaping 整合在一個 insert 中。

當 mix knob 平衡 parallel processing 時，它更給 kick 和 snare transients，而非 cymbal wash。

用在 drum subgroup stack 上，不要放到每條 hat channel，避免 harsh cumulative drive。

Hip-hop：適中 drive，強調 kick-snare 關系；hats 常放在 stack 外。

Pop：較輕 drive，更多 parallel mix 以獲得精緻 transients。

Rock：更高 compression amount，用於 room mic glue。

Drum Buss 常見錯誤

因為 kick sample 太小而 drive 整個 stack；應修 kick track 上的 clip gain。

把 Drum Buss 放在 master 而非 drum bus 上，會 smear 整個 mix。

heavy drive 的 parallel path 混入時忽略 phase。
